Learn this easy four row repeat for the knit chevron seed stitch – a wonderful stitch for dishcloths, blankets and more!

What is the Knit Chevron Seed Stitch?
This is an easy four row repeat that creates a raised zig zag pattern on a Stockinette background.
It is made up entirely of simple knit and purl stitches so it is perfect for those looking to move beyond garter stitch or Stockinette.
Great for washcloths, scarves, baby blankets and even the hems of garments – can be used anywhere!
This stitch lies flat and does not curl at the edges, and it is not a reversible stitch as the back side has a different appearance than the front of the fabric.
