Sew sides and bottom, leaving top and ears unsewn.
Holding front and back ear together, join MC at outer edge of ear, working through both front and back. Bend pipe cleaner/chenille stem to match shape of ear and hold at outer edge in between front and back ear. Sc evenly around ear, making sure to catch pipe cleaner/chenille stem in between. Fasten off.
Repeat for Second Ear.

Use black embroidery thread to sew mouth.
Cut a yard of CC and weave it through top layer of body (directly below ears). Pull tight to close.
